Kaneyo's Head Chef

Jacques is a character of the day who appeared in Snubbull Snobbery (EP126). He is the head chef at Madame Muchmoney's Palm Hills estate. When Ash and his friends were dining with Madame Muchmoney, she noticed that her Snubbull refused to eat. She tried to have Jacques prepare something special for Snubbull, but he replied that he already tried everything before, and Snubbull still wouldn't eat.
