A Blazer from Section 3 of the Guardians. Kagekyu uses a Mysticker that can repel enemy attacks, known as "Rejection". Despite knowing how to fight well, he always ends up being sidelined by others because he is also very clumsy. He is probably a self-insert of Seishi Kishimoto into the story.
