Io is a clothing designer working for RZPV, having been scouted by the Kai Fish himself. He looks down on Tsukimi and belittles her "dreamer" mindset, warning her that in order to make it in the fashion world, she would need to leave her friends behind—just as he had done after his brand, IONIC, went bankrupt. He gave one IONIC suit to Usami, who still wears it, and destroyed the rest of the clothing. No voice actors have been added to this character.
