Hiromi

Appears in the Shinobu/Sakura arc. Hiromi is Yukari's best friend. She gets in touch with Shouta, revealing that they'd been on a mermaid hunt and Yukari hadn't been able to find a "U" mermaid; believing that Yukari liked Shouta, Hiromi plans to use his blood to bring her back.
