Hikari Kotobuki

Hikari Kotobuki is a shinigami who seems to be able to sense portions of the Akashic Record. She appears to be in love with the rogue Shinigami Ryouma and is desperately trying to find out why he stole the Record. She also appears to not be very good in combat. Her Death Scythe is a spoon. She does have the ability, however, to look into people's memories. It is also hinted that she does not have a "normal" soul. No voice actors have been added to this character.
