The High Priest is the chief religious official of the Eastern Empire. He observed Navier and Sovieshu from childhood, and thinks of the two as his own children. The High Priest was the one who officiated Navier and Sovieshu's wedding, begrudgingly approved their divorce, and ultimately approved Navier's request for remarriage to Heinrey.
