Father

Father is an older man who agrees to his daughter's pleas to keep the newfound puppy, Happy. Despite having chronic heart issues, he still smokes; it is hinted that his eyesight is deteriorating as well. As Miku grows up, rifts appear in the family due to the father's illness and his detached approach towards their lives, culminating in an impromptu road trip with Happy after his wife demands a divorce and he is forced to leave their home. When Okutsu investigates his past, he discovers that the father used the fake name "Yoshio Maeda" when selling his possessions. No voice actors have been added to this character.
