Doc was a member of the Port Mafia's Flags and a doctor who served as the Port Mafia organization's medical supervisor. He graduated in North America and was awarded with a doctorate. He became a doctor with the reason of wanting to get close to God. In order to achieve his aim of saving two million people, the same number that God killed in the Bible, Doc joined the Port Mafia and waited for an all-out war where countless people would die.
