Debu

Tubs (デブ, Debu) is one of the cowboy followers of Tall Man shown in the beginning to Look Out for Launch. He is seen talking to him in the Saloon. When Launch shows up and transforms, he is beaten up along with everybody else. (Source: Dragon Ball Wikia)
