Caesar

Caesar is the prince of Belquat. He has an odd relationship with Nakaba, and frequently uses lust against her, to show her position as a subordinate. He puts on an act toward his people as a kind person who tolerates her, despite the colour of her hair and her sub-human and half animal servant, Loki. All the royals, have black hair, and Caesar thinks that since he is a prince and has black hair, that he is above them. He is commanding, arrogant and likes to be in control. Later on though, he develops real feelings towards Nakaba. No voice actors have been added to this character.
