Caelus

Not much is known about this character as of yet. He is the third Self Aware NPC that Prince meets, as well as One of the three NPC bosses. You first see him Volume 8, chapter 2 ( chapter 42 ) where he kidnaps Doll and claims her as his wife. Once Prince and the gang get to his lair however he is supposedly defeated by Prince, though no one knows whether he was really defeated or not as of yet.
