Blue Man

The blue man is dressed like a mummy for Halloween. Accompanied by his friend with red hair, they escort Kongming to the BB Lounge where he first hears EIKO sing. He and his friend with red hair appear in the opening and ending for the rest of the show, and appear briefly in Episode 12 where they are partying at the lounge and having drinks.
