Kim Ban-Phuong was born to a Korean father and Vietnamese mother. Ban-Phuong's parents met during the Vietnam war when his father was a soldier who saved his mother as a child from getting shot by Korean soldiers. Later, he felt guilty and returned to Vietnam to apologize. No voice actors have been added to this character.
