Zane

Zane is transferred from the Emergency Operations Unit to Nocturnal Dogs, and assigned as Lil's partner. He survived the Rufsol virus and spent a year in rehab for it. He views the Nocturnal Dogs with contempt and is predisposed to killing carriers of the virus, rather than trying to cure them. No voice actors have been added to this character.
