Yuuta Itou

Yuuta is a middle school student who wants to make a movie that will be universally liked, but hasn't seen that many. At his terminally ill mother's request, he films her last months. After editing them into a movie with an explosion added at the end, which he presents at the school festival, he is faced with backlash from students who consider the approach rude and inconsiderate. Determined to take his own life, Yuuta goes to the rooftop of the hospital where his mother passed, but a meeting with the strange Eri derails his entire plan. As the two hang out more and more to watch movies, Yuuta finds the motivation to improve his filmmaking skills. No voice actors have been added to this character.
