Youngjeoung was a veteran hero who was also a famous actress. She continued her work for over 25 years, till she publicly confessed that she'll retire. She made the decision for hybrids to become heroes, and although criticized, she brushed it off by telling them that she'll pay each and every hybrids that was hired. As a hero, Youngjeoung was amongst the few heroes to work for free, and made money only as an actress. By doing that, Youngjeoung decreased the domestic crime and accident rates by 80%.
