Yoshirou Suzugouya

Kisanta's senpai at the Fuuma Style Ninjutsu School, a very promising sixth year student who looks uncannily similar to Ninjutsu Academy sixth year Kema Tomesaburou. Even though he apparently is capable of speaking standard Japanese, he usually speaks with a Sagami accent that's so difficult to understand that Kisanta has to interpret for him.
