WISE Agent

The WISE Agent is a dependable operative who balances competence with a notably informal demeanor. While he fulfills his duties effectively—particularly in intelligence gathering, coordination, and field support—he is less rigid than many of his peers and tends to approach both missions and colleagues with a casual, unreserved attitude. thumb|The Agent scolding Sylvia for her slovenliness at their office As an operative, the Agent is capable in the field, contributing to planning and execution, and demonstrates a willingness to support his teammates directly when necessary. However, he is often outspoken and prone to voicing his thoughts openly, whether commenting on mission difficulties or criticizing his superiors. This tendency extends to his interactions with fellow agents, including his handler, Sylvia Sherwood, whom he does not hesitate to challenge over minor matters such as workplace habits. In his interactions with Loid, he frequently makes casual or teasing remarks about Loid's pretend family life, at times speculating about his relationship with Yor and Anya or assuming domestic issues whenever Loid appears troubled. thumb|The Agent nearly triggers the rigged door in his rush to stop the terrorists At times, the Agent exhibits impulsive tendencies, prioritizing urgency over caution, as seen when he nearly triggers a trap during the plot to assassinate Minister Brantz in his hurry to stop the plan and capture the perpetrators' leader, Keith Kepler. He can also become visibly frustrated when plans fail to produce immediate results, such as during the pursuit of Winston Wheeler. Conversely, he occasionally shows an unexpected investment in minor or personal matters, such as defending Erik Zacharis's niche hobby to Sylvia or fixating on workplace habits, which contrasts with his otherwise professional role.

The WISE Agent is an older man with a slicked back brown gray hair styled in a pompadour and Chevron-style mustache. He typically wears a black jacket over a collared white shirt, with a striped tie and grey pants. Occasionally, in order to blend in with ordinary civilians, the Agent wears a white cap with the WISE logo on it. For the same purpose, he also has a false beard and another light cap with a dark letter "W" above the visor.
