Tsukuyomi is a younger sibling to Amaterasu (Hinata) and Tsuhime (Orihime). They can switch between genders, turning male during the day and female at night. Hinata and Orihime have been keeping their distance due to Tsukuyomi being a "Pervert." No voice actors have been added to this character.
