Main character in "Denki". Touru goes to the same school as Kouza and, despite the latter's scary appearance, is not afraid to approach him. Touru's body seems to produce a lot of static electricity, especially during thunderstorms and when he's feeling strong emotions. No voice actors have been added to this character.
