Tomohiko Kazami

Tomohiko was calm and collected. He was also pretty mature for his age and had a very serious attitude, especially about his work. He and Naoya Teshigawara had been best friends since they were children, and he seemed to have a good friendship with Yukari Sakuragi, as hinted at when he blames Kōichi Sakakibara for her death. He seems to have held a grievance against Kōichi and his association with Mei Misaki for having caused the deaths of so many of their classmates. When attacking Kōichi in the inn, he accused him of being the Extra and blamed him for the year's calamity. However, since he had murdered both Kyōko Kaneki and Aki Matsui before, it is unknown how he rationalized killing them, only emotionlessly asking Kōichi if he still remembered Aki, and then concluding that she wasn't the Extra.

Tomohiko introduces himself in the manga. Kazami was a pale boy of slightly above average height. He had short dark blue hair and indigo eyes of the same color. He wears square-shaped green-rimmed glasses. In addition, he is usually seen wearing the school male standard uniform, but his casual clothing consists of a white T-shirt with blue details and gray pants. In the manga, he has the same appearance; however, his glasses are oval-framed, and his hair is darker. In the film, his appearance is quite similar to the manga's. He has black hair and black eyes. He also isn't wearing glasses.
