Togusa

Member of AKCD's Eighth Squad; a half-human, half-katana hybrid. "Younger brother" of Yachiyo, Division 8's other anti-katana enforcer. He is inscribed "Yatsuka", from Yatsuka no Tsurugi" , and was created by a female researcher, Amamiya Kyouko. Togusa produces blades of various sizes from his body, often from his hands.
