Tiramie

A fairy of flowers with the form of a pink Pomeranian dog (mistaken for a female cat), and one of the park's mascots. He seems to be a pervert with a keen eye for young women and bewitching older women. He end his sentences with "Mii". (Source: Wikipedia)
