Sir Balgary

Cait Sith has black fur with his ear and tail coated in white. He wears fancy clothes due to his rank as the king of the Cat Kingdom. He wears a brown cape with yellowish- green designs and is seen carrying a staff and has golden eyes that compliment his clothes.
