Shou Hakua

He is the main character of the "Heisaku Underground: Dark Night" (閉鎖区underground -dark night-, Lockout Ward Underground -Dark Night-) manga. He is a friend of Yuuya Mirokuji yet holds a grudge against Yuuya himself as he claimed Yuuya has betrayed him.
