Shizuka Kurata

Misako's mother and Sana's grandmother. She runs the Kurata family's hot spring spa in Kusatsu which she regularly attempts to pass on to Misako or Sana (normally by trying to get one of them to marry someone from Kusatsu) because she has no other heirs. (Source: Wikipedia)
