Initially Serena looked like a model priest, since she was a modest, polite and even-tempered woman. Serena was also a very altruistic and dependable priest, taking everyone's requests at no cost while treating them with kindness, being generous enough to share her rewards with her fellow adventurers. Nonetheless, she was quite upright, lecturing Aqua for setting a bad example. Serena is also menacing, employing veiled threats or an uncanny smile; ruthless, doing harm without hesitation; and deceptive, often telling Hero candidates a fake story about how the Devil King is just a cursed child in order to convince them give up slaying the latter. Moreover, thanks to Kazuma, Serena became long-suffering, going through sexual harassments, humiliation, struggles and even hunger that drove her to burnout and multiple nervous breakdowns. Lastly, Serena, as a devout follower of the Dark Goddess of Revenge, is a bitter and vengeful woman, trying to wreak vengeance on Kazuma for all the hardships he got her through, as well as following him to Arcanletia in order to avenge herself.

Serena is a beautiful, mature and reasonably well-endowed woman with black hair, a mole on the left cheek and slightly puffiness under her dark eyes. She also wears a holy white robe and has a mace hung on her hip.

*Holy Magic: Serena was a high-level priest who could use both healing and support magic. However, as a Dark Priest, Serena could also cast multiple curses, that could petrify, disable body parts and even worst. Also, as Regina's sole worshiper, Serena gained her full blessing, and although she lost half of her power after brainwash Kazuma, and also getting her level reset to 1, Serena was still very powerful. She eventually lost all her powers after being forced to convert to the Axis Order. **Puppet: Brainwashes anyone who felt in debt or thankful with the user. However Serena would lose control of a puppet if they completed a deed which made them feel as if the debt had been repaid. **Vengeance: A curse that causes Serena's same damage or debuff, direct or indirect, on the culprit. If she dies, everyone in the the range of half Axel would be cursed. **Death: A curse that instantly kills the target. This spell can only be used when Serena is the sole Regina's worshiper, as it had no effect on Darkness while Kazuma was sharing her blessing from Regina. **Marionette: Turns dead corpses into puppets. Since these bodies aren't real undeads, purification magic doesn't work against them. **Heal: Instantly heals a person's wounds. However, the person can resist, preventing its effect. **Turn Undead: Creates a light that sends the undeads to the afterlife. It is unknown if Serena can actually use it or just pretend to use it.
