Viceroy of the fief in Graham County, and concurrently the supreme commander of Fort Carrus. He is a small, fat man with a perfect, straight smile. Serbek's father was a low-ranking official who was falsely accused of corruption and executed. After his death, through hard work and the elimination of competitors, Serbek rose to the position of provincial governor. During the years of managing Fort Carrus, he managed to do many illegal things to enrich himself, but Romelia, who arrived at the fort, presented evidence of numerous illegal actions on his part, and blackmailed him into giving her a small unit of soldiers. Later, Serbek was publicly arrested by the royal inspector on charges of treason and embezzlement. No voice actors have been added to this character.
