Sakuya Tougane

Age: 28 Birthday: June 6, 2086 Sakuya Togane is one of main characters of Psycho-Pass Season 2 who joins Akane's team. Not much is known about him apart from the fact that he seems to agree with Akane's beliefs and although it has been erased from the official documents, he posesses the highest crime coefficient on record.
