Ryouichi Takahashi

Ryouichi is a music composer. When Kaoru comes to the "Nandemoari" Agency with the request to have music composed for some lyrics, Mikihiko thinks of cashing in the favor that Ryouichi allegedly owed him. Ryouichi often bothers his neighbors by playing his piano at night, and is a horrible driver. He is the one who wrote the song that Mikihiko liked so much, it rendered him unable to compose anymore.
