Rodigy

A bald Dokeshi whose head resembles an incandescent light bulb, Rodigy is the vice president of the "Fear Factory", one of the many subdivisions of the Masked Assembly; he ordered the creation of the "Fear Robot" so he could take over the Masked Assembly and eventually the world. Known as the "Lightning Beast", his power allows him to emit blinding flashes of light as well as generate high voltage electricity, his condition being that he needs to bathe himself in light.
