Rintarou Ose

Oze Rintarou, also known as America Ou (King of America) is the main antagonist of the series. He is a hacker of great ability, yet not as good as BPS or Yoriko. His daytime job is with Eibin Electronics, while he runs his illegal activities as the CEO of Kyaratech.
