He was a famous artist and top class restorer who works for Chairman Kwon Tae-Joon. He stole Yoo Jae-Ha's painting style and reduced him to a mere criminal using his connections and influence. He used his position as General Secretary of Pandora to implement laws to hinder Seo Joo-Heon's tomb raiding expeditions which proved to be futile. After Seo Joo-Heon helped prove that he plagiarized Yoo Jae-Ha's painting style, he was arrested for threats, bribery, and defamation.
