Regis is the preeminent duke of the empire and the only known transcendent being. He gained renown after defending the empire after the emperor fled with his tail between his legs. In the original story, he threw his own daughter, Jubelian, in the Room of Shadows after she was accused of poisoning Princess Beatrice. He gave her a knife and told her to endure before leaving without another word. For unclear reasons, he is very distant from Jubelian. No voice actors have been added to this character.
