Pii

Pii (ピー), also known as Vampire Pii (吸血鬼ピー), is a vampire and antagonist of Kitarou. He is always accompanied by his familiar, Monroe. He first appeared in the Shonen Sunday story The Phantom Train. (Source: GeGeGe no Kitarou Wiki)
