Ner-san

One of the Warner Brothers, and the brother of War-san. He, along with his brother, was tricked by the makers of Gintama into believing Gintama was a popular anime which would turn into a movie successful all over the world. After the Shinyaku Benizakura-hen movie finished, he and his brother left, stating they would not again cooperate to make a movie out of the show.
