Neppa

Neppa (ネッパー Neppā) is a member of the Garou Knights, the most powerful executioners of Fiore. Neppa uses Acid Magic, a Caster Magic that allows Neppa to create acid; it was specifically designed in order to kill people. (Source: Fairy Tail Wikia)
