Naho is a light-skinned, young girl with black button-like eyes. Her black hair is parted in the middle with two braided twin tails tied with pale green butterfly clips. Naho wears a long-sleeved, white nurse uniform with a bright green wrap tied into a bow around her waist. She wears white socks and sandals with bright green straps.

Though Naho has never displayed or, in the case of Aoi, alluded to any special abilities, she, along with Kiyo and Naho, was the one who taught ・|Zen Shūchū Jōchū}} to Tanjiro. This shows that they do possess valuable information about Breathing Styles and related training. As an ordinary human, Naho does not possess any additional powers or abilities. However, being one of the staff at the hospital ward of the Butterfly Mansion, she possesses a fair amount of knowledge. Notably, she helped teach Tanjiro the essential path to becoming stronger.
