Morio Sonoda

Morio Sonoda is a Japanese police inspector. He supervises the deployment and effectiveness of the special forces. He is confronted with Spec. Despite his mastery of judo, he is humiliated by the criminal. He is asked to supervise the future actions of the death row inmates.
