Mitsuha

She was assigned along with Akitsu to capture 'unwinged' Sekirei. She attempted to capture Shiina at one point but was blocked by Homura. Mitsuha hates people like Homura for being "lions of protection". She fights using a whip that is strong enough to break apart concrete.
