Miss Shamour

A Siamese cat fairy from the Hope Kingdom, who often come out from Princess Lesson Pad and she teaches the Cures for Princess Lessons and acts as their mentor. She can also transform into a human form, resembling a black haired lady with two twintails. Her name comes from the "Chamois leather", a type of material used in leather bags. (Source: Wikipedia)
