Meis serves Lio with Gueira as a member of Mad Burnish. As a member of the group, he is more of a speed type fighter. He's smart, responsible, and is even considered the "team's brain" by the other two. He has a tattoo he calls "Wind Blade" on his left arm. (Source: Official site)
