Nutcracker was a sadistic ghoul, and took pleasure in torturing her male victims, crushing and eating their genitals. She also had an obsession with money and beauty, stemming from her upbringing in extreme poverty.

Nutcracker was an attractive young woman, with long black hair of average height, light colored eyes, and vertical pupils. She seemed to prefer clothing with lingerie elements, and had teeth that had been dyed black.

Ghoul Physiology: As a ghoul, Nutcracker possessed increased physical capabilities and a bikaku and koukaku kagune with the ability to detach. *Superhuman Agility: While having most of the common traits of a ghoul like strength or regeneration, her most notable display is her agility; being able to do various flips, fast leaps and scaling ceilings. She was also shown doing a kip-up back into a standing position as well. *Bikaku Kagune: Her bikaku took the form of a long tail. She was able to use it to hang from ceilings. *Koukaku Kagune: Her koukaku resembled a pair of spider forelimbs, which she used to defend herself. *Kagune Detachment: Nutcracker demonstrated the ability to detach her bikaku kagune. *Kagune Trap: Nutcracker detached her bikaku kagune as traps that used vibrations to pierce unsuspecting enemies.
