Matsunoki Mumeharu was the lord of Matsunoki Castle and the father of Prince Midorimaru. He was obsessed to construct western-style castle which was called the "Castle of Dawn". At the end, Matsunoki destroyed his castle with his own hand. No voice actors have been added to this character.
