Taguchi Masaru is the leader of Kilihito's Flying Column. Despite his size, Taguchi is a deceptively quick and skilled judoka who is known for his ability to get out of nearly impossibly bad situations by tricking his enemies. He is a master of sneaky attacks. He is childhood friends with Meguro Shuuya, and is fiercely loyal to Kilihito's seventh generation head, Tanzawa Atsushi.
