Kou Murakami

A B-rank agent and a member of Suzunari-1. He's No. 4 in the attacker rankings. Kou has short spiky hair, which seems to be slicked back. So far, he has only been seen wearing his Border Uniform, which consists of a jacket with vertical black stripes on the sides of the sleeves and horizontal black stripes around the collar, and matching pants. The jacket is cropped, revealing a black shirt underneath it. Murakami is a very loyal and strong-willed person, carrying out missions despite their difficulty.
