Kotoko Oosumi

Kotoko goes to the same university as Misato and is in love with him, although Misato refuses her. She has stalker tendencies and doesn't seem to be deterred by the rejections, going as far as kidnapping Hisako (whom Misato has feelings for) and staging an over-the-top ritualistic sacrifice at the suggestion of her equally over-the-top friend.
