Kitts Verman

Kitts is a captain of the Garrison and commander of the 1st Division Elite Force. His paranoia tends to overwhelm his sense of judgement, leading him to act rashly without considering all aspects before him. Despite his imposing physique, Verman is perpetually weak-minded and foolish.
