King Josef

Older brother to King Carl, he previously held Feendrache's throne. He was famed for being a strict but wise ruler who led his country with an iron will. In order to remain dignified in front of his people, he always acted in a stern manner to keep people at a distance, though he made an exception for Siegfried, whom he showed his kinder, gentle side to.
