==Character History== Kensei Kuroto was formerly a member of the Japan Liberation Front. Following Japan's liberation, he served as bodygaurd to Jugo Sumeragi and his family. When Hokkaido was taken over by the Neo Britannian Empire, Kensei served as leader to the rebel group, the Seven Shining Stars until his capture and imprisonment.
